『西马蚝煎』West Malaysia Oyster Omelette

在西马最常见的是潮州式蚝煎。一般的潮州蚝煎传统版本,外缘香脆、中间软绵有厚度,具有薯粉黏稠的口感。例如:
In West Malaysia,  Chaozhou version of  Oyster Omelette is the most common. In general, it's crispy at outer, middle is soft in texture and gooey. For example:
