Anna 哥罗面, 瘦中带肥的叉烧和四颗大云吞。
Anna Kolo Mee,  nice and delicious char siew plus 4 pieces huge size of Wantan! 

这摊哥罗面里的叉烧,是我目前吃过哥罗面中最漂亮的!肥那部份还是尽量少吃,留在碗边咯!(第三图片)
This Kolo Mee's Char Siew, soo far is the most beautiful of all Kolo Mee I ever tasted! For that fatty part, try not to consume too much, stay back at a side of my bowl! (Third picture)




几乎与汤匙同样大的云吞!
Wantan are almost same size as spoon.



配上摊主腌制的指天椒和大蒜,喜欢辛辣,便更会大大加分了!我还再添加了!
Served with marinated Chili Padi (very spicy chili) and garlic, I did asked for extra!

“   在古晋若提起炒粿,相信大家第一时间就联想到青山角炒粿。原因无他,这里的炒粿走过逾40年的岁月,仍一贯坚持原味,将这种源自中国潮汕地区的乡土小吃,在古晋发扬光大。

炒粿,方言发音为“Cha Kueh”,乃早年潮州人移民南洋後引进的传统食品,包括西马各地与新加坡均可发现炒粿的存在。而在历经数十年岁月的淘洗後,炒粿如今亦已发展为古晋的特色小吃之一。

事实上,古晋的炒粿,与西马的炒粿角与炒萝卜糕可说是一脉相传,即以白米为主要食材,制作方式也大同小异。然而若谈及烹调法,则是五花八门,却各有各精采与特色。。。。。

三轮车鸡饭 Tricycle Chicken Rice

当年,有位骑着三轮车的人,穿梭古晋大街小巷兜售鸡饭,因以被在地人称之「三轮车鸡饭」。

很遗憾,在那次生财工具(三轮车)被偷窃后,只好在洪清河店屋,Lorong Ang Cheng Ho 7A和7B连接点的五脚基摆摊继续生计。

除了售卖鸡饭以外,还有其他馔料:如猪脚、猪头皮及卤蛋鸡等。

摊主在此摆卖至少10 年,总算起来经营直今已30多年了。

Many years ago, there was a man riding a tricycle, shuttle around Kuching streets selling chicken rice, due to that it being called of the "tricycle chicken rice."


Unfortunately, his tricycle being steal, he end up continued his business at 5 foot wall-way at intersection of Ang Cheng Ho Lane 7A and 7B.

In addition to the of chicken  rice, he also has other foods: such as pig trotter , pig skin and braised egg etc..

He has been here at least 10 years, and overall has been more than 30 years in business.

〖醃面、干捞面、哥罗面〗Gourmet Article

那天(08.05.16)阅读星洲日報- 蔡羽这篇文章后,才知道这三家面摊,「源成茶室」、「ABC食阁」亚福客家手工面及「龙乡园」大埔客家面,原来是有家族渊源。

That day (08.05.16) read the Sin Chew Daily, Cai Yu article, regarding these three noodle stalls, Nyan Shin Café, ABC Food Centre, Ah Fu Hakka Handmade Noodles and Loong Siang Yen, Tai Po Hakka Noodles, actually are family related.


“  哥羅面是古晉人最尋常的街頭食物,是古晉人在外地的鄉愁,是旅遊古晉的味覺地標。所謂“哥羅面”,普遍理解即採用干撈、干拌手法料理的麵食,然而相較馬來西亞各地的類似麵食,古晉哥羅面又有其獨特之處,既廣東又客家,因此對於其來源一直千絲萬縷說不清楚。
根據民間採訪調查所得,古晉最早一代的面家相信出現在20世紀初,而且以廣府人為多。目前可以讀到有關古晉哥羅面的記錄,大多也從廣府面家的角度切入。然而,古晉市區卻有一戶姓丘的大埔面家,製麵與賣面的歷史相當久遠,傳承至今進入第四代人。本文嘗試從丘家大埔(客家)面的角度切入,為古晉哥羅面的來源提供另一條重要線索。

福州路旁有两家哥罗面,一家灰色屋顶和另一家红色的屋顶,大家距离不远。比较著名的是灰色屋顶那家 (Taw Tyres & Batteries正对面)
At Foochow Road, there are two Kolo Mee stalls, one of them with grey colour roof and another with red colour roof, their are not far away from each other.  The grey colour roof stall is more famous (opposite Taw Tyres & Batteries Trading).

Purchase a  package of "Shiang Kee" homemade Chinese Puffed Rice, RM4.00. Very Fragrance! and Yummy!


营业时间 Business Hours : 抵达面摊时已经是早上八点,面快卖完,所剩无几。想要吃得请早点来! 星期六休息。
Arrival noodle stall at 8:00am, the noodles soon be sold out. If you want to eat, please be early! Off Saturday.

原本也想去支持位于16号档位「许明丰」RM2.00猪肉粥,可惜每开。
Actually I also wanted to support Stall 16 "Kho Min Heng" for their RM2.00 Pork Porridge, unfortunately they did not open for business.
