古晉另一道在地美食，『马尼菜米粉』 (Sweet Leaves Beehoon)

Kuching another local delicacy: Sweet Leaves Bee Hoon (vermicelli)
In West Malaysia, Sweet Leaves commonly used in Banmian (flat egg noodles - wiki), Mian fen gao (hand-pulled noodles) or fried with scrambled eggs. Unlikely to find sweet leaves serve with bee hoon!

Notes:  Sweet Leaves, Malay name Daun Katuk or Cangkok Manis (scientific name: Sauropus Androgynous)

在西马，马尼菜通常用在板面、面粉糕或马尼菜炒蛋。这道马尼菜米粉西马人会很陌生，应该是找不到吧！

备注: 马尼菜（树菜或树仔菜），馬來名稱是Daun Katuk 或 Cangkok Manis (學名：Sauropus Androgynous)
