摘要：糟菜是福州地方特产，用酒糟和食盐抹在晒干的芥菜，陈放在瓮中腌制而成，腌菜酸香扑鼻;  粉干是福州人喜爱的主食之一，粉干与米粉相似，前者粉条比较粗大。

Remarks: Preserved Mustard is Fuzhou specialty product, prepared by applies residues of Red Glutinous Wine lees and salt on dried mustard, preserved in the urn for certain periods .
Fuzhou Vermicelli is one of the Fuzhou favorite foods, is thick type of Rice Vermicelli.
