那天，午餐时间，经过这家茶室，顾客很多，生意很好。他们大多数都在喝汤，如图这个:

当然也有人是汤跟米饭一起享用。瞄看了那碗汤，应该是猪杂类吧! 到档口确认后点了一份，如下:

好大一碗猪杂汤，里面有丰富多样的配料: 咸菜、白豆腐、五花肉、豬血、鱼丸、猪肉丸、猪肉碎丸、猪肝、青菜。。。。

用餐时，当米饭吃完，那碗汤还有大半碗! 因此便会看到顾客只在喝汤的现象(饭碟放在汤碗下) ，哈! 哈! 哈!
During dinning, when I finish my rice, my soup still remain a lot! That's why a phenomenon of many customers only having soup (which the rice plate placed under the bowl).
